If the product you purchased on our site is found to be faulty, you must contact us within 14 days at the latest from the delivery date. Following this information, the faulty product that you will send to us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or the product has been used within 7 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.

To edit your order, please contact us as soon as possible. To keep things running smoothly, make sure to include your order number and the change(s) you want to make. We'll confirm once your order has been updated. We unfortunately will not be able to make any changes to your order if it has already been packed or shipped.

Our products are produced from TR90, acetate, titanium and metal parts and bodies.

All products are under the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, you should definitely check the product during the cargo delivery. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not get the product. Changes made on the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.

Your orders will be delivered to the shipping company within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) after the bank approval. Depending on the distance of the delivery address to Istanbul, the courier company will deliver your order within 1-3 days.

The delivery time of custom-made products may vary according to the production time. Delivery information and delivery time of such products are specified on the product pages.

In case of a delay resulting from us, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, providing complete and accurate membership information is important. No delivery on weekends and holidays.

All of the products you choose will be delivered to you by the shipping companies we have contracted with, under the assurance of Mercan Optik.

The products you have purchased will be notified to you with a confirmation e-mail.

mercanoptik.com.tr is an online shopping site. It allows multiple users to shop at the same time. In rare cases, when different consumers buy the same product, the product may run out of stocks.

If the product you paid for over the internet is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer in this period, the payment will be returned to the consumer.
